Buyers looking for homes are outpacing the number of homes for sale. In the past three weekends holding open houses, I have seen upwards of 300 buyers out looking. If a home is priced just a bit under the market, presented in a beautiful fashion you will receive multiple offers.
With 2 more listings coming up, we are elevating each home & condo. Updating lighting, hopefully kitchen & bath counters on one, all new paint, inspected and all repairs done. The other is a full home remodel. With high trust from each client they have allowed me to pick out counters, cabinets, lighting, fixtures etc, as I understand what buyers want.
