Cooperative by nature, positive, market savvy, and an expert negotiator, Shari ensures a seamless transaction to closing.

As a former KW CEO/Team Leader managing and coaching over 700 brokers, nothing surprises her. She has worked in new construction, land development, luxury, and first-time home buyers, investment properties, and vacation rentals, where one client who could barely afford to buy turned into a positive cash flow to buy another home within a year. Known as a "money maker," her clients return for a reason. With a family background in construction, her father was a professor at UW in building construction, giving her a lifetime of knowledge of construction from remodeling every home from an early age. Her Nordstrom client service and appreciation have given her the above-and-beyond service she is known for. Her granddaughter gave her life's purpose to 'Create A Legacy For Others". It is always about you first. She has made a difference in people's lives through mentoring, coaching, and an authentic desire to help others. Shari was raised in Bellevue, WA, and lived on both sides of the lake in Seattle and the Eastside. Both her parents were Scout leaders, and she has a very strong moral compass.
