What a week! Serious buyers are out looking! I held 4 open houses on my new listing last week and had over 70 parties through! Every buyer was Pre-approved or Underwritten (always best) and ready to write offers. How did we attract so many buyers through?
We did what we had to do to get this home on the market in record time. After living in their home for over 20 years, and this was an unexpected move, we hustled to get things done. So, yes, I clean my listings, scrub showers, plant flowers, help declutter, pack and take dump runs if needed. My lender, Donna Lien-Wick, also good friends with the seller helped right along with us. “Dream Team” is what our client said!
